The biggest tranformation that you will see and notice is when we strip back all the layers of emotions and beliefs and sicknesses accumulated over the years to get back to your True nature that you were born with.

Your body already knows how to heal, it does it every day. A cut would closes. An infection clears up. That cold gradually goes away. The issue was never your body. It’s the stored emotional energy creating interference, blocking what was always meant to flow. Remove the density. The body does the rest.

Your brain and subconscious were designed to make life easier, storing patterns to help you respond faster. But with the density of modern life and stress, what has become automatic is keeping the body stuck in survival mode. And the demands of your time to make an income leaves no space for the body to heal. That was never God’s design, that was manmade. So the body keeps accumulating what it never gets the chance to process.

What is valued in modern times is money, in a nutshell. Not just for pleasure but for survival. So since being a child you have been subconsciously programmed to value things outside of yourself, that will bring security, and well, money. When our beliefs do not align to our Soul’s love for ourselves, and greater good, we create more negative experiences that do not get processed through the body.

You can start making the change to your emotional, physical and spiritual health. When you start to Honour your experience on Earth, when you have compassion for yourself without guilt, when you give time back to yourself, when you allow emotions and pain and sicknesses the time and energy to heal, you start to restore balance again. You gotta feel it to heal it. Where this is difficult is when your body is already too dense that you start to have emotional and physical symptoms show up. And your automatic body won’t let you slow down.
